Information HaloCrypt collects
When you request a project, HaloCrypt may collect your name, business or organization name, email, phone number, industry, current website, service area, services, project goals, package interest, timeline, domain status, and other information you choose to provide. If you use the Experience Lab, your selected concept direction and generated concept snapshot may be saved with your project request.
Private project conversations
After a project request, HaloCrypt may create a private project conversation. Access is provided through a long, private link rather than a traditional username and password. Messages, project status, revision notes, and approved file uploads may be stored with the project.
How the information is used
- Review and respond to project inquiries.
- Prepare website concepts, scopes, proposals, agreements, and project work.
- Operate the HaloCrypt lead and project CRM.
- Send transactional email notifications about new project messages and status-related communication.
- Maintain project history, approved files, and design directions needed to complete the work.
Files and sensitive information
The project conversation can accept selected image and document types. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, banking information, domain or hosting passwords, security codes, or other high-risk secrets through the website or project chat. Secure account-access details should be handled separately when required for an active project.
Service providers
HaloCrypt may use hosting, storage, and transactional-email service providers to operate the website, store project data, and deliver project notifications. Those providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
Data sharing and sale
HaloCrypt does not use the project-intake system to sell client personal information to advertisers. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or to service providers needed to operate the project workflow.
Retention
Project and inquiry information may be kept for business, project-history, support, legal, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or archived.
Your choices
You may ask HaloCrypt to correct project contact information, replace a private project link, or review a deletion request when applicable. To make a privacy request, use the website project/contact form and write “Privacy Request” in the project-goal field.
Security
HaloCrypt uses server-side access controls for the owner CRM, encrypted storage provided by the hosting platform, private client access tokens, no-index controls for private pages, and encrypted server-side storage of the reusable client-link token. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so only information needed for the project should be submitted.
Changes
This notice may be updated as HaloCrypt adds or changes website, hosting, communication, payment, or client-management features. The date above identifies the current version.
